Riviera Health Resort Nursing and Rehabilitation is a state-of-the-art 223-bed facility that offers guests a unique healthcare experience, combining post-acute and rehabilitative services within a boutique-hotel environment. Located in the heart of Coral Gables, this five-story Mediterranean-style building caters to the needs of guests who require short and long-term care as they transition from the hospital to their home.
Riviera Health Resort is looking for PCAs to join our growing team. Learn a new profession and touch the lives of others. We have all shifts available!
- Answers call light in a timely manner.
- Places all belongings within patients' reach (call light, pitcher, glasses, remote, etc.)
- Serves and collects meal trays, assists during meals, sanitizes/cleans tables after meals.
- Assists residents in communication involving technology (Zoom, Face Time, others).
- Assists with monitoring residents in the common area to maintain safety.
- Assists residents in admission and discharge including the inventory of belongings.
- Gathers supplies needed for the provision of care.
- Assists residents in activity engagement of their choice and interest.
Requirements:
No experience needed Paid Training.
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Completion of the required course hours, following the clinical guidelines and skills checklist, allows testing to become a Certified Nurse Assistant that comes with a pay increase!
- We encourage all Personal Care Attendants to seek a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
