Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of resident needs and preferences;
Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid;
Attend onboarding and in-service training and team member meetings;
Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
