Job Summary

We are looking for compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals to join our team:
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) in Miami Beach, FL. Must speak English and be willing to drive clients. Pay starting at $15.00 per hour.

• Performs personal care activities that assist patients with activities of daily living (personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving, preparing meals and snacks, accompaniment to errands or medical appointments).
• Performs housekeeping activities including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping floors, dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning bathrooms.
• Performs patient‑specific activities such as hospice supportive care, medication reminders, exercise assistance, incontinence care.
• Uses lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.

• Experience with Hoyer lift.
• Personal care, range of motion exercises, companionship, light cleaning.

• CNA license or HHA certificate (must be attained before interview).
• Valid driver license or state photo .
• Social Security (in color), proof of legal status, auto insurance and registration.
• CPR card (cannot be an online class).
• Tuberculosis or chest X‑ray Level 2, fingerprint, background check.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s, HIV, and medication assistance.
• Continuing Education Units (CEU), reference letter.
