Medical Assistant Phlebotomist or Nurse Clinical Trial Project

US Wellness is seeking detail-oriented and professional PRN (as-needed) certified/licensed Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, RN or LPN to support a 1 year clinical research study involving in-home assessments of trial participants. This position plays an important role in the collection of standardized health and functional data used to support research objectives and study outcomes.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, following established protocols, and accurately documenting assessment results in a home-based setting.

• Travel to participants' homes in the Miami area to conduct study-related blood draw and mobility assessments including:
• Urine collection
• Venipuncture blood draws
• Perform standardized functional assessments
• Conduct sensory assessments
• Administer cognitive assessments
• Complete mobility testing and evaluate movement-related measures
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely documentation of all assessment findings
• Adhere to study procedures, participant privacy requirements, and data collection standards

• Licensed or Certified Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, RN, or LPN.
• Experience with in-home medical visits
• Strong venipuncture blood draw experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized protocols
• Comfortable working independently in participants' homes
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Miami area
• Proficiency with mobile technology, electronic documentation systems, and video recording equipment

• PRN (as-needed) schedule with flexible availability.
• In-home participant visits
• Paid training provided on study protocols and assessment procedures
• Flat rate payment for each fitness/mobility assessment completed.
