Mia Aesthetics is seeking a Manager of Compliance to lead policy creation, training, and governance across clinics. You will implement and monitor compliance programs in line with federal and state laws, including ASC and OBS requirements, while collaborating with legal and operations teams. The role requires travel to out-of-state clinics up to 50% of the time.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree, knowledge of HIPAA, and experience in healthcare compliance. CASC is preferred.
