About the Role
A premier diagnostic imaging centeris hiring a Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammograms. This is a hands on role for a certified professional who values patient care and precision.
What You'll Do- Use mammogram equipment to capture breast images per established protocol
- Obtain patient history and prior records
- Prepare the exam room pre- and post-procedure
- Assist in performing biopsies and quality control of the unit
- Ensure efficient patient flow and procedure output
- Work closely with radiologists to assure image quality
- Verify patient identity and confirm orders
- Board Certification
- State License and ARRT
- Certified Mammography Technologist (ARRT-M)
- 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology
