University of Miami is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to the adult oncology population in the outpatient clinic at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to optimize medication therapy.
You will educate patients and caregivers, participate in guideline development, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. A strong background in hematology/oncology is preferred.
