We're Hiring:
Therapy Clinical Director — Miami, FL
Psych Plus is seeking a licensed Therapy Clinical Director to join our team in Miami, FL. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys combining direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision.
Role Overview :- 70% clinical / 30% administrative responsibilities.
- Maintain an active caseload of approximately 28–30 patients per week.
- Supervise and support up to 10 associate clinicians.
- Conduct clinician interviews and support team development.
- Help strengthen clinical programs and promote quality care.
- Fully licensed clinician eligible to provide supervision in Florida
- Strong clinical and leadership experience
- Passion for mentorship and team growth
