AI is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. , our mission is to revolutionize patient care by aggregating and delivering insightful information rather than just numerical results. We empower Physician Office Laboratories to provide the same high-quality care that leading reference or hospital labs offer nationwide, right within the Physician Office itself. In this position, you will perform testing in the Chemistry, Special Chemistry, Hematology and/or Urine Departments.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing a positive and empathetic understanding to all physicians and their staff.
• Collaborate with the Office Staff to ensure timely and accurate testing.
• Coordinate Collection of Samples with the Phlebotomy Staff.
• Manage inventory and vendor relationships for the laboratory.
• Work closely with the Technical Consultant and Clinlab.
  
  AI operations team to optimize lab workflow and operation.

• Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling, processing, test analysis, reporting, and record-keeping.

• Comply with State & Local Health Departments, CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines.

• Associate Degree preferred
• 1+ years previous work experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
