As a Senior Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess the movement patterns and physical capabilities of patients in their home environment.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, hands-on techniques, and specialized equipment to enhance mobility and alleviate pain.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress meticulously to ensure effective treatment outcomes and collaborate with healthcare teams in adjusting therapies as necessary.
• Providing education and training on assistive devices and self-care strategies to patients and their families, fostering independence in daily activities.

You will work closely with a diverse range of patients, including post-surgical orthopedic patients, individuals with chronic pain conditions, and those recovering from accidents. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is essential.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are critical for effectively coordinating care and educating patients and their families.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
