Working onsite, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities tailored to their recovery objectives, ensuring they perform movements safely and effectively.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics and the importance of compliance with home exercise programs to support their rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities, such as electrical stimulation and ultrasound, to facilitate pain management and recovery as directed in treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, including measurable improvements in strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Set up and maintain treatment areas, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and organized for optimal efficiency.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to manage patient care seamlessly, integrating various disciplines to support holistic rehabilitation.
• Provide emotional encouragement and support to patients throughout their recovery process, fostering motivation and resilience.
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and rights are respected.

Our patient demographic is diverse and includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological disorders, sports-related injuries, age-related functional decline, and pediatric conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of cases and age groups, making each day rewarding and unique.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated understanding of rehabilitation practices and evidence-based treatments is essential.

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably within a rehabilitation setting.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems to streamline documentation and patient management.
• Familiarity with various rehabilitation modalities and therapeutic techniques.
