Position Summary:We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home care for Medicare Part B patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. In this role, you will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans, deliver skilled therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function, and educate patients on exercises and safety strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Provide skilled therapy interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, balance, and function.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and fall prevention strategies.
- Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with Medicare Part B guidelines
