CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant

• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse
• Assist residents with personal hygiene care and activities of daily living
• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Place belongings within patients' reach
• Serve and collect meal trays and assist during meals
• Sanitize and clean tables after meals
• Monitor residents in common areas to maintain safety
• Assist with resident admissions and discharges, including inventory of belongings
• Gather supplies needed for care
• Make unoccupied beds
• Assist residents with preferred activities and engagement

• Must have a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant License
• Experience with Electronic Health Record Documentation
• Availability for all shifts
• Ability to provide direct care under the supervision of a licensed nurse
• Ability to work in a post-acute care, respiratory care, rehabilitation therapy, geriatrics, or wound care setting

Demonstrates expertise in providing direct care to residents, including personal hygiene assistance and monitoring safety in various healthcare settings. Proficient in Electronic Health Record documentation and maintaining a supportive environment for resident engagement.
