The Clinic Manager is the on-site operational leader for a RadX Inc. imaging center. This role is responsible for daily imaging operations, staff leadership, front-end performance, compliance, and patient experience. The Imaging Clinic Manager works directly with the Vice President of Operations and is accountable for site performance and execution of RadX Inc. standards.

• Lead daily imaging operations across MRI, CT, X-ray, and Ultrasound
• Manage technologists, front desk staff, and daily coverage
• Optimize schedules to maximize scanner utilization and throughput
• Ensure adherence to imaging workflows, SOPs, and quality standards
• Oversee front-end processes including authorization readiness and collections
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, radiation safety, and accreditation requirements
• Resolve operational issues and elevate appropriately to VP of Operations
• Partner with centralized teams (Scheduling, Billing, IT, Pre-Auth, HR)
• Deliver a consistent, patient-focused imaging experience

• Strong utilization and scan volume by modality
• Low no-show and cancellation rates
• Consistent front-end collections and clean documentation
• Audit-ready compliance and quality performance
• Engaged, accountable staff and smooth daily operations

• 3+ years of imaging or radiology operations management experience
• Experience leading technologists and front desk teams
• Strong understanding of imaging workflows and patient flow
• Proven ability to manage schedules, staff, and operational priorities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments

• MRI/CT operations experience
• Familiarity with RIS/PACS systems (EXA, Ram Soft, or similar)
• Accreditation or audit experience (ACR or state inspections)
• Multi-site or growth-oriented organization experience
