Integrity Behavioral Health (IBH) has held continuous Joint Commission accreditation (CAMBHC) since 2018, and is also AHCA-licensed and DCF-certified for both Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) levels of care. Our leadership team brings a combined 50+ years of clinical and healthcare administration experience to a practice built on real infrastructure — not a startup still figuring out its billing, compliance, and clinical documentation from scratch.
Based in Miami Gardens, FL, we provide a full continuum of outpatient behavioral health care: psychiatry and medication management, individual, family, and couples therapy, dependency and court-involved case services, and substance abuse (SA) treatment, for children, adolescents, and adults across South Florida.
The RoleWe're hiring a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) to join our clinical team, working individual, family, and couples therapy cases under structured, hands-on supervision from our licensed LMHC team. This is a paid position, not an unpaid practicum — we built it specifically so interns can accumulate their required hours toward full licensure without financial strain or supervision fees eating into their pay.
Whatyou get here:
- A guaranteed minimum caseload of 20 Medicaid clients per week from day one — you're not left to build a caseload on your own while your hours clock ticks
- Paid per clinical hour delivered, with the rate based on service type (individual, family, couples, assessment, etc.)
- No supervision fee charged to you, ever
- Compensation structure: 1099 independent contractor, paid per clinical hour delivered
- Telehealth and in-person session options
- Spanish, English, and Haitian Creole-speaking caseload available — real bilingual clinical experience, not just a checkbox
- Structured, hands-on supervision toward your full licensure, from a clinical team with a track record of training interns through to licensure
You currently hold active Florida RMHCI registration in good standing (or are within weeks of receiving it), and you're ready to start seeing clients on a real, guaranteed schedule rather than waiting on referrals to trickle in.
