Job Description:- Demonstrates through behavior the organization's mission, vision, values, and service standards.
- Assess spiritual needs of patients and provides appropriate interventions considering growth development needs and age group.
- Receives referrals from the E-Spiritual Care Center manager and follows up within 48 hours.
- Responds to incoming calls and conducts necessary follow-up on inquiries. Completes referral activity logs in the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management system.
- Develops spiritual care plans for patients by identifying objectives, interventions, and desired outcomes.
- Receives and distributes messages to outpatient entity staff and service providers.
- Communicates appropriate information for patient’s medical record through documentation on the Spiritual Care Consult form.
- Utilizes knowledge of different levels of growth, development, and skills for various ages and demographics of patient care.
- Available for various shifts as scheduled by the Spiritual Care Manager.

- Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Suite programs and Adobe [Required]
- Demonstrated interpersonal, customer relations, and communication skills [Required]
- Ability to articulate the mission of the healthcare organization [Required]
- Bilingual; ability to speak Spanish and/or other (non-English) language fluently [Preferred]
- Bachelor's [Required]
- in theological studies, healthcare, business or related area
- Congregational pastoral experience [Preferred]
- Experience with in the Advent Health organization [Preferred]
- Successful completion of a Level 1A unit of CPE from and ACPE, Inc. accredited Center[Required]
- Minimum of one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education [Required]
- Two or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education [Preferred]
Certifications:
- Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) [Required]
- Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) [Preferred]
- Ordained Minister(ORDM) [Preferred]
