Physical Therapist Assistant; PTA)

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. This is an on-site, full-time or part-time position in Hallandale Beach, FL.

The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and will be responsible for:

• Implementing treatment plans under the direction of the Physical Therapist
• Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
• Applying appropriate therapeutic modalities
• Monitoring patient progress and communicating observations to the Physical Therapist
• Documenting treatments accurately and in a timely manner
• Educating patients on home exercise programs
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
• Providing compassionate and professional patient care
• Collaborating with the clinical and administrative team to ensure smooth coordination of care

• Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent patient-care and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely assist patients and perform the physical demands of a clinical setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Russian is a plus
