A facility in Miami, FL is seeking a Manager of Radiation Oncology to join its team. The Manager is responsible for supervising Radiation Oncology staff and supporting daily operations. Acts as senior resource and liaison with other departments, and represents the department on key hospital committees. Provides mentorship to supervisors and assists the Director of Operations with budgeting, staffing, billing, and quality care initiatives.
Promotes service excellence, fiscal responsibility, and alignment with the mission and vision of the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Radiation Therapy, Leadership, or related field.
Active ARRT (R.T.(T)) and Florida State licensure.
BLS certification required.
7+ years in Radiation Oncology, 2+ years in clinical supervision.
Proven leadership in photon/proton therapy operations.
Strong interpersonal, regulatory, and operational knowledge.
Estimated Pay
The pay range for this position is $101054.00 - $131370.00.
We provide a competitive range of compensation for this position. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience and specific office location. It is possible that this position can be hired outside of the salary range based on experience.
