School Occupational Therapist - Miami, Florida

• Current FL Occupational Therapy (OT) license required
• Previous experience in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare settings is preferred
• Strong understanding of practices and interventions for pediatric populations
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Organizational skills to maintain thorough documentation and manage a small caseload efficiently

• Provide onsite occupational therapy to students in grades K through 10
• Assess students' needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services in accordance with educational and healthcare standards
• Maintain up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress
• Consult with teachers and school staff to support students academic and functional goals
• Foster a positive, encouraging environment that supports student growth and engagement
• Work approximately 2 hours per week with a focus on maximizing each sessions impact
