Now Hiring: PSC Greeter – Miami, FL (Full-Time, Onsite)

Location: 10920 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33161

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $15/hr - $17.74/hr

Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a customer-focused and professional PSC Greeter to support the front-end experience at our high-volume Patient Service Center in Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients appropriately and courteously upon arrival

• Assist patients with kiosk check-in, ensuring information is accurate

• Respond to inquiries and resolve client issues professionally

• Contact clients for missing patient orders as needed

• Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, faxing, and mail prep

• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure all training is completed

• Support supply stocking and complete special projects as assigned

• Uphold company standards and values in every interaction

• Report to work on time and follow attendance policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic PC/data entry and keyboarding experience preferred

• Capable of standing/sitting for prolonged periods and lifting up to 25 lbs

• Able to handle multiple tasks and make sound decisions under pressure

• Must be flexible with schedule; reliable transportation is required

• Candidates must live within a 20–25 minute commute of the location

• Punctuality and full shift attendance are mandatory

This role is vital in enhancing patient satisfaction and streamlining front-of-house processes.

Please note:

This is not a front desk administrative role—your main responsibility will be patient interaction and support at the front kiosk.

This is a contract position for 3 months, with potential for extension or hire based on performance and site needs.
