Responsibilities:- Support daily operations and internal workflows across departments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Assist in coordinating home health processes and documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal staff, patients, and healthcare partners
- Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals
- Prior experience in home health, or a related healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Proficiency with standard office and healthcare management software
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
- Positive, team-first attitude and a passion for patient care
