Role DescriptionDoral Med and Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Patient Coordinator and Business Development Assistant to join our growing team.
This is an on-site position for someone who is professional, personable, organized, and eager to learn. The individual will play an important role in creating an excellent patient experience while supporting the daily operations of the clinic.
The position also provides the opportunity to work closely with leadership and gain exposure to business development, professional outreach, and other initiatives that contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient appointments, communication, and follow-up
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients and visitors
- Assist with front desk and administrative responsibilities
- Maintain organized and accurate patient and office information
- Support leadership with business development and growth initiatives
- Assist with professional outreach and follow-up
- Support daily clinic operations and team projects
- Perform other duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English and Spanish fluently
- Basic computer skills required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and service-oriented demeanor
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow through
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Previous healthcare, medical office, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
