As a Staffing Coordinator at Gardens Nursing and Rehab Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by coordinating and managing the scheduling of our staff. • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of our nursing staff, including assigning shifts, calling in subs, and making adjustments as needed

• Maintain accurate records and reports of staff schedules, attendance, and leave

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement staffing plans and strategies

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

• Provide excellent customer service to our patients, families, and employees

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with our staff, residents, and families

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and identify areas for improvement

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field preferred

• Experience in a healthcare setting; previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software a plus

• Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
