Associate VP Field Access & Reimbursement

Job Purpose

Build and lead Moon Lake's national field reimbursement capability for the potential U.S. launch of sonelokimab in HS. This leader will create the operating model for provider-office access support, lead regional managers and approximately 30 FRMs, and integrate field reimbursement with hub, specialty pharmacy, market access, and commercial launch readiness.

Major Accountabilities

• Design and lead the national field reimbursement strategy, operating model, staff-ing approach, territory structure, and launch-readiness plan.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop approximately three Regional Field Access leaders and a national team of FRMs, with the expansion of an additional indication in the near future.
• Define compliant standards for provider-office education on coverage, prior au-thorization, appeals, medical exceptions, affordability programs, specialty phar-macy processes, and related access topics.
• Partner with Patient Services / Hub, Specialty Pharmacy, Market Access, Sales, Trade, Legal/Compliance, Training, and Commercial leadership to create a coor-dinated patient-access model.
• Establish escalation pathways and a field access 'control tower' mindset so recur-ring barriers are identified, triaged, and addressed systematically.
• Use payer-policy, case-trend, and field insights to identify emerging access fric-tion and recommend enterprise actions.
• Own FRM performance standards, coaching expectations, certification, and qual-ity-control processes.
• Ensure reimbursement support remains non-promotional and compliant with all applicable laws, policies, and approved resources.
• Represent Field Reimbursement in launch governance, business reviews, and cross-functional decision forums.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology market access, reimbursement, patient services, or related experience.

• 5+ years of people leadership, including leadership of field access/reimbursement teams.
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling a national field reimbursement organization.
• Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy, payer policy, prior authorization, appeals, affordability programs, hub services, and provider-office workflows.
• Specialty/biologic launch experience required; dermatology/immunology preferred.
• Excellent compliance, judgment and executive communication.
