Job Description IPR Physical Therapist | Neuro Rehabilitation | Miami FL | Nonprofit + PSLF Eligible Nealy Pierce is working with a nonprofit hospital system in the Miami, FL area to fill a full-time Inpatient Rehabilitation (IPR) Physical Therapist position. This is a permanent, W-2 hospital-based role focused on complex neurological rehabilitation, set in a recently updated clinical environment with strong mentorship and interdisciplinary collaboration.

New graduate physical therapists with an IPR rotation are welcomed, as are experienced IPR clinicians ready for their next step. What You'd Be Walking Into:  Neurologically heavy caseload: stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), amputee rehabilitation, and multi-trauma patients  PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) through nonprofit hospital employer  Manageable patient volume, 4 to 6 patients per day with 60 to 90 minute treatment sessions  Roughly 6 contact hours per 8-hour shift, among the lowest productivity expectations in inpatient rehab  Use of advanced rehabilitation technology and specialized neurological therapy equipment  Private patient rooms and a recently renovated clinical space  Tight-knit interdisciplinary team of experienced PTs, OTs, and SLPs  Structured mentorship led by senior inpatient rehab clinicians

Schedule:

Flexible morning start windows (8 AM to 9 AM)  Full-time permanent hospital position Compensation & Benefits:  Generous sign-on bonus structured over a multi-year commitment  Sign-on can be redirected to a student loan servicer if preferred  Relocation assistance available (receipt-based)  PSLF eligible through nonprofit hospital employer  Annual merit increases up to 3% plus a Merit Plus performance bonus tied to hospital benchmarks  Annual wellness program bonus up to $500  Weekend hour differential available  CEU support (case-by-case, with emphasis on marketable certifications)  23 days paid time off  Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance  Employer-contributed retirement plan

What We're Looking For:

DPT or MPT from an accredited physical therapy program  Active or pending applicable state PT license  Acute care PTs with a relevant inpatient rotation will also be considered  Clinically sharp with a big-picture perspective on patient care  Strong communicator across clinical staff, patients, and families  Collaborative, team-oriented clinician with a servant-leader mindset Interview Logistics:
