Role:
Lead the development and execution of Moon Lake's national field reimbursement strategy for the U.S. launch of sonelokimab in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS).
- build the operating model, recruit and develop regional and national FRM teams, establish compliant provider-office education standards, partner cross-functionally with market access, specialty pharmacy, commercial, and legal teams, and create escalation and barrier resolution pathways.
- Bachelor's degree (advanced preferred); 10+ years in pharma/biotech market access, reimbursement, or patient services; 5+ years leadership of field reimbursement teams; deep knowledge of specialty pharmacy, payer policies, prior authorization, appeals, and provider workflows.
