We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team on a part-time basis. The Night Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth hotel operations during the overnight shift, delivering excellent service, and handling administrative duties effectively.

• Perform nightly audits of all hotel transactions and balance financial records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight hours.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Address and resolve any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the security and safety of the hotel and its guests at all times.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports and financial statements for management review.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

• Previous hotel experience, particularly with Marriott properties, is preferred.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills to perform financial audits.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to work independently and handle night shift duties responsibly.
• Proficient in using hotel management software and computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
