Banquet Supervisor

Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami Airport is seeking an enthusiastic Banquet Supervisor to join our dynamic team!

If you have at least one year of experience as a Banquet Captain in fast‑paced environments and possess skills in scheduling, inventory management, and ordering, we want to hear from you! While experience with Hilton is a plus, it's not mandatory.

Shift Pattern: Full‑time availability is essential, with the flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts based on operational needs. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee 40‑hour workweeks.

Compensation: $16.18 per hour, plus gratuities.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

In the role of Banquet Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include overseeing the setup and cleanup of food and beverages during banquet functions, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial success. Your main tasks will entail:

• Supervising food and beverage services throughout banquet events to guarantee high‑quality service and product standards.
• Assisting with the planning, organizing, and execution of all banquet functions, such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, evening parties, and more.
• Welcoming client representatives and guests, responding to their requests promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
• Leading and participating in department meetings.
• Processing banquet checks accurately and expediently for payment.
• Serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
