Location: 2655 S Bayshore Dr, Coconut Grove, FL 33133

Compensation: $14.00 per hour plus tips

Shift: Flexible days; 7 a.m.–3 p.m. or 3 p.m.–11 p.m. (based on location needs)

• Mobilize and coordinate the entire valet process, including retrieving keys and vehicles, loading guest cars, and issuing tickets or entering customer information electronically.
• Build customer rapport, address inquiries, and provide directions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Act as a courteous brand ambassador by interfacing with guests, opening vehicle doors, and unloading cars.
• Implement vehicle safety and security procedures, direct traffic, barricade positions, and park guest cars in designated spaces while inspecting for damage.
• Request and collect fees, and reconcile end‑of‑shift revenue.
• Meet and greet guests, open vehicle doors, and reload luggage when necessary.
• Retrieve keys, issue tickets or enter information using electronic devices.
• Park cars safely, record vehicle details accurately, and manage pre‑damage checks.
• Assist guests with loading cargo and provide directions to highways or destinations.
• Direct traffic, position barricades, and arrange towing services when required.
• Immediately report any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Acceptable driving record (MVR).
• Quick learning and sound decision‑making in fast‑paced environments.
• Physical stamina to walk or run for extended periods during shifts.
• Previous valet experience preferred.
