The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department, including inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, and performing general office duties, etc. Responsibilities also include participating in hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and supporting associates to ensure they meet established brand or hotel standards and values; monitoring guest service scores to drive improvement; addressing associate performance and behavior concerns;

preparing work schedules for anticipated occupancy; and performing other duties as requested by management. Travel and flexible scheduling may be required, including AM and PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year of hotel experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills, are required. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
