Job Location: Sheraton Miami – Miami, FL 33142.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. The Front Desk Supervisor will assist the Front Desk Manager and Director of Front Office in overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the Front Desk. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and daily operations, as well as supervising a team of employees and communicating with staff and guests.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Front Desk Manager and Director of Front Office with daily operations.
  • Help schedule, train, and supervise front desk team.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests.
  • Support management through reporting and coordination.
Qualifications
  • Over 2+ years of hotel front‑desk experience.
  • 3+ years of hospitality experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lightspeed or other Marriott systems a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant computer systems.
