The Leisure Sales Manager is a key revenue driver for E11EV
EN Hotel & Residences, charged with generating and maximizing leisure room revenue by cultivating and growing high‑value leisure travel partnerships. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with luxury travel advisors, consortia networks, wholesale partners while positioning the hotel as a must‑stay luxury lifestyle destination for discerning travelers. The Leisure Sales Manager brings a deep understanding of the upscale leisure market, a strong network of industry relationships, and a strategic, relationship‑driven sales approach that reflects the bold energy and elevated service experience synonymous with the E11EV
EN brand. Working closely with internal teams, this role ensures seamless collaboration and exceptional guest experiences, driving consistent production while elevating the hotel's presence within the global luxury leisure marketplace.
- Cultivate and sustain high‑value relationships with elite leisure travel partners.
- Actively solicit and secure new leisure business to drive premium room revenue, suite bookings, and extended stays, positioning E11EV
EN as a must‑stay luxury lifestyle destination. - Coordinate strategic account management including targeted sales calls, agency training, in‑person visits, virtual presentations, and a strong presence at industry events and roadshows.
- Manage consortia participation, rate loading, promotional strategies, and production performance in partnership with Revenue Management to optimize demand, maximize ADR, and strengthen market positioning.
- Host luxury travel advisors, partners, and VIP clients for immersive site inspections, familiarization trips, and elevated stays that showcase the hotel's sophisticated design, high‑touch service culture, and E11EV
EN energy. - Collaborate with Rooms, Operations, Marketing, Public Relations, Guest Services, and Reservations to ensure flawless execution of VIP arrivals, personalized amenities, and seamless guest experiences.
- Participate daily in the Highgate Hotel Business Review (HH ) to align with overall hotel performance and strategic demand within the leisure segment.
- Monitor production from top leisure accounts, evaluating agency performance, market trends, and competitive insights to refine strategy and forecast accuracy.
- Maintain a disciplined proactive sales solicitation program through outbound activity, lead generation, and follow‑up.
- Support leisure‑focused promotions, targeted campaigns, and brand initiatives in collaboration with the Director of Sales and the broader commercial team.
- Prepare accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity reports and production summaries.
- Handle on‑property client engagements with polish and presence to ensure long‑term partnership value.
- Represent E11EV
EN and Highgate with confidence, integrity, and a luxury service mindset. - Engage in client entertainment, hosted experiences, and industry functions to strengthen relationships and drive production.
- Minimum of five years of progressive sales experience, including at least three years in a leadership or managerial role within a luxury, lifestyle, or leisure‑focused environment.
- Proven experience in a hotel, resort, or related hospitality setting, with direct exposure to high‑end leisure travel segments.
- Strong understanding of luxury travel distribution channels, wholesale partners, agencies, and travel advisor networks.
- College coursework or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field is helpful.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Windows‑based systems, including approved spreadsheets and word‑processing applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence and polish to engage effectively with associates, leadership, luxury travel advisors, and VIP guests.
- Ability to listen actively, understand needs, and articulate solutions in a refined, service‑oriented manner.
