Job Details- Compensation: Competitive, fair, and commensurate. Base pay ranges from $18 per hour plus $4–$8 per hour in tips.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, part‑time schedule with flexible hours.

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The role includes parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely, and assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers and clients. Acknowledges and greets guests within five feet with professionalism, using guest last names.
- Uses salutation of the day to welcome guests and practices proper Towne Park phone etiquette. Posts up in designated areas when not completing tasks.
- Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously, assists guests with bell services and luggage storage, opens vehicle and hotel doors for guests.
- Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; provides information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities of the facility and main attractions in the area; delivers messages, items and/or guest amenities as requested; shuttles guests to approved locations.
- Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival; issues claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys and collects claim checks from all guests prior to issuing keys. Consistently completes and maintains all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey and claim check receipt. Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Licensure: Valid driver’s license for the state in which the position is located.
- Work Experience: One month related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Skills: Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard English; effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to guests, clients and coworkers; perform basic arithmetic; understand 24‑hour time, military time and applicable rates; ability to operate a manual transmission (highly desirable) and perform parallel parking.
- Follows established practices and procedures, with specific directions and frequent verification.
- Maintains orientation to operational instructions and departmental guidelines; decisions are made within those boundaries.
Work is regularly required to talk or hear, sit or stand for extended periods, run, walk, handle objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently or up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects. Majority of work performed outdoors; exposure to extreme heat and cold may occur.
Up to 5% travel may be required.
