As a Valet Supervisor, you are integral to the guest experience, ensuring every warm welcome is handled with excellence. You will lead by example and oversee daily shift operations.

• Leadership & 5‑Star Service: Provide and guide your team to deliver 5‑Star service to every guest. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and focus on enhancing the well‑being of both guests and associates.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the shift from start to finish, ensure policy compliance, act as the first point of contact for associates, and resolve issues quickly.
• Quality Control: Assist with high‑profile guests, ensure the parking facility flows efficiently, and maintain operational excellence and safety.

• Experience: At least 6 months of guest service experience.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
• Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Activity: Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) and sprint short distances when needed.
• Strength: Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Environment: Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Agility: Bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout the shift.
