I'm hiring on behalf of a well-respected casino resort in South Florida for an experienced General Manager – In-Room Dining
.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all In-Room Dining and Mini Bar operations across a large-scale luxury resort with more than 1000+ guestrooms. You'll lead day-to-day operations, drive exceptional guest service, manage financial performance, oversee inventory and labor, and develop a high-performing management team while ensuring the highest operational and service standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of leadership experience in In-Room Dining within a large-scale hotel or casino resort
, with a proven track record of managing high-volume operations, leading teams, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Casino experience is highly preferred.
