Hospitality ambassador

We won’t put you in a box as a ‘receptionist’ or ‘food and beverage’ person. With us, you’ll become a champion multitasker – customer service, receptionist, concierge, barista, mixologist, logistics and more. You will be a citizenM ambassador, free to be yourself to do the best job you can. We believe in making work fun. If you’re having a great experience, so will our guests.

• Welcome all guests as soon as they walk in
• Assist guests at the self‑check‑in kiosks (no reception desk)
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast and meals
• Dishwash, kitchen clean, food handling and cooking
• Prepare coffee or mix a signature cocktail
• Serve as a secret concierge to the city, answering guests’ questions about the best places to visit, eat, shop or party
• Maintain the living room and canteen clean, arranging food displays for the following shift
• Help guests with requests or demands regarding our facilities, gaining new tech skills
• Handle reservations in our property management system (PMS)
• Prepare societyM meeting rooms where applicable

Typical shifts: morning (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) or evening (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). Availability to work weekends is required.

• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
• Able to travel for training purposes

• Competitive pay of $22.68 per hour
