citizenM in Miami is seeking a dynamic ambassador to join our hospitality team. You’ll be a multitasker blending guest service, reception, concierge, barista, and more to create memorable stays.
Typical shifts are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 3:00 PM–11:30 PM with weekend availability. You’ll greet guests, assist with self-check-in, prepare breakfast and coffee, manage reservations, and support event spaces as needed.
