Ensure proper set-up of all concession locations prior to doors.;
Provide a high level of oversight and operational expertise resulting in the smooth, efficient, and profitable execution of events.;
Training new & current employees with regard to property procedure & best practices.;
Responsible for supervising the service of beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages.;
Check the guest's verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
