• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a memorable first impression.
• Assist with unloading and transporting luggage to guest rooms.
• Offer information about the hotel, its amenities and the local area.
• Escort guests and their luggage to their rooms, explaining key features of the property.
• Open doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle and park or retrieve requested vehicles.
• Work with other attendants to maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
• Engage with guests daily and provide exceptional customer service.

• At least one year in a customer‑service role with high guest interaction.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for six months.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Polite, helpful personality and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand for the duration of the shift and work a full shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.

• $16–$16 per hour (actual compensation varies by factors such as experience and location).
