Plan, prepare, cook, and serve meals for up to twenty people aboard the research vessel F.G. Walton Smith;
Maintain sanitation and maintenance of galley, mess area, and living quarters aboard;
Monitor food costs and maintain records within allocated budget;
Possess ability to cook for special dietary needs (lactose intolerance, vegetarian, vegan);
Assist with safety drills and cargo handling as directed
