Our Downtown Miami Hotel is next to one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Miami, known as Brickell. Our iconic white towers overlook the Miami River and our ideal downtown location puts you steps from the Miami Riverwalk, Bayfront Park, and close to the Port of Miami and the Kaseya Center (formerly FTX Arena). For a day of shopping, our hotel is near Brickell City Centre.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the hiring process, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and values.
  • Be aware of and communicate guest service scores to drive improvement and higher guest satisfaction.
  • Address associate performance and behavior concerns.
  • Prepare work schedules anticipated occupancy to ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule. Ability to work AM and PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Inspect guest rooms, counsel and interview employees, resolve guest complaints, and perform general office duties.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hotel experience and excellent communication skills; basic computer skills required. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
