Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and physical condition of guest rooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and public areas;
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with guests and staff as liaison between guests and cleaners;
Prepare inspection reports and communicate room status to Front Desk;
Evaluate and mentor room cleaners to meet hotel standards;
Assist with front desk coordination for room moves, requests, and status discrepancies
