Front Desk & Club — Evenings & Weekends

Sol Squash is Miami's first dedicated squash club. Five full-glass courts, sauna, cold plunge, gym and café lounge — all in Little River. We opened this year.

We're Bruna and Vini, the founders. We're professional squash players and we run this club ourselves — we're here every day. We're hiring two people to join us part-time at the front desk.

This isn't a check-in job. You're the first person everyone meets when they walk in, and often the reason they come back.

• Greet everyone who walks through the door and make them feel like they belong here
• Give club tours and sell memberships — this is the heart of the job
• Answer calls, texts, emails and Instagram messages, and follow up with people who've booked a trial
• Check members in, get first-timers signed in on a waiver, take bookings and payments — court time, cafe, pro shop
• Keep an eye on the club — courts running on time, everyone following the rules, cafe and locker rooms stocked and looking good
• Film what's happening at the club — quick phone clips of members playing, sessions, events — so we've got footage to use
• Open or close the club — sauna, plunge, lights, lock-up

• You're warm with people. Someone walks in who has never played before and you make them excited to try, not nervous
• You're comfortable selling — not pushy, just genuinely good at showing people why they'd love this
• You can hold a line politely. Sometimes that means telling a member something they don't want to hear
• You're comfortable filming on your phone. Nothing fancy, nothing produced — just catching real moments as they happen
• You're organized and you don't need to be chased
• You show up. Our members expect the same face every week
• You take initiative. You see something that needs doing and you do it, without being asked
• You want to learn. This is a new club and we're still building how it runs — you'll shape a lot of it with us
• Bonus: you speak Spanish or Portuguese

No squash knowledge needed. We'll teach you everything you need to know about the club and how we run it.
