A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced CLUB MANAGER to join our team at NYX- Gaia Restaurant in Miami. This is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast-paced FOH department and a high performing restaurant team renowned for their approach and delivery of exceptional guest service.

Oversee the nightly operation of NYX, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe service at all times.

Manage opening and closing procedures, staffing levels, and floor control throughout service.

Ensure all operational standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed.

Maintain strong control of crowd flow, capacity, and overall venue atmosphere.

Deliver a world-class nightlife experience aligned with the GAIA and NYX brand identity.

Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and hospitality across all guest touchpoints.

Handle VIP guests, high-profile clientele, and guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.

Resolve issues quickly and effectively to protect guest satisfaction and brand reputation.

Lead, motivate, and manage the floor team including supervisors, hosts, security, bar staff, and runners.

Ensure all team members are trained to brand, service, and safety standards.

Create a positive, disciplined, and high-performance working environment.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, punctuality, and on-shift performance.

Support revenue growth through effective floor management, table optimization, and service execution.

Monitor nightly sales performance and operational costs.

Work closely with senior management to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.

Ensure accurate cash handling, POS procedures, and end-of-night reporting.

Ensure all health, safety, and licensing regulations are strictly adhered to.

Work closely with security teams to manage crowd behavior and maintain a safe environment.

Enforce responsible alcohol service policies at all times.

Ensure the venue complies with local laws, noise regulations, and operational licenses.

Collaborate with DJs, performers, and entertainment teams to ensure seamless execution of nightly programming.

Maintain the energy, flow, and pacing of the venue throughout the night.

Ensure lighting, sound, and ambiance align with NYX’s nightlife identity.

Act as the main point of contact during service between operations, security, bar, and management teams.

Communicate clearly and decisively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Provide feedback and reporting to senior leadership on performance, challenges, and opportunities.

• Proven experience as a Nightclub Manager, General Manager, or Senior Nightlife Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of Miami nightlife, VIP culture
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
