You will plan menus, manage provisioning and budgeting, and ensure fine dining with strict attention to dietary restrictions and safety standards for charters across the Bahamas, Exumas, Caribbean and the Mediterranean.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or hold valid visas; ENG1, STCW Basic Training and three references are required.
