Greet VIP guests and conduct special check-in and check-out for VIP guests;
Coordinate with Front Office about arriving VIP guests and communicate changes needed for their stay;
Identify return guests and VIPs in advance;
Coordinate and/or confirm reservations and coordinate delivery of VIP services and amenities;
Respond to guest requests and complaints and perform service recovery gestures as needed
