Job Description & How to Apply Below

Join the team behind one of the world's most celebrated restaurant brands. At La Petite Maison, we are known for exceptional service, timeless French-Mediterranean cuisine, and a passion for hospitality.

Be part of our restaurant in MIAMI and help lead unforgettable guest experiences — the LPM way.

What will you do:

Lead and support the Host / Reception team during daily service, setting the tone for a warm, seamless guest experience.

Welcome every guest warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure — you're the first impression of the LPM brand.

Oversee the host stand, reception area, reservations check-in, walk-ins, and waitlist, keeping guest flow smooth even at full house.

Coordinate table assignments and optimize seating in close communication with Managers, Servers, and the Reservations team.

Communicate wait times clearly and keep guests informed, turning delays into moments of care rather than frustration.

Recognize returning guests and VIPs, ensuring regulars feel seen and every special occasion is celebrated.

Handle guest inquiries and concerns with grace, resolving on the spot and escalating to management when needed.

Train, guide, and support the Host / Reception team on service standards and the LPM way of hospitality.

Keep the reception area and guest facilities clean, organized, and beautifully presented at all times.

Assist with coat check, accessibility needs, luggage, and other guest requests — no detail is too small.

What you need:

Previous experience as a Host, Lead Host, Receptionist, or Guest Relations professional in a high-end hospitality environment.

Previous leadership or team-lead experience preferred — you know how to guide a team through a busy service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional appearance, and a genuinely positive attitude.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the composure to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Sharp guest service instincts and confident problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with reservation management systems, ideally 7

Rooms, is an advantage.

Be part of LPM, where every detail matters, and every guest is celebrated.
