  • Maintain accurate guest profiles, reservation records, and CRM data — every detail matters to us.
  • Coordinate VIPs, large parties, celebrations, and special requests closely with the Host and Management teams.
  • Monitor reservation pacing and table utilization to maximize every seating opportunity.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Managers of LPM Miami and LPM Boston, keeping them updated on reservation activity, VIPs, and guest concerns.
  • Ensure reservation procedures and service standards are consistently followed across both locations.
  • Train, guide, and support Reservationists on systems, procedures, and the LPM way of guest service.
  • Handle escalated reservation-related guest concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Support reservation reporting, admin tasks, and updates to platforms, the website, and printed materials.

  • Experience with Seven Rooms, Open Table, or similar reservation systems.
