Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

Mr. C Coconut Grove is looking to hire a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team in delivering unparalleled hospitality to our guests.

A total of 100 guestrooms and suites with private outdoor terraces, a new Italian dining concept with indoor and outdoor seating, and its rooftop Bellini Restaurant and Bar provide guests with attentive European service, complimented by luxury accommodations and amenities.

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our team. You will not only oversee daily operations, ensure efficient check-ins and check-outs, and handle guest inquiries and concerns, but also lead our team in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Supervise front desk staff and provide guidance and support as needed
• Maintain a high level of guest service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly
• Manage room inventory, reservations, and guest accounts accurately
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and payroll

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
