This program is designed for candidates who are in the final stage of their studies or have recently graduated, and are looking to gain meaningful, hands‑on experience within a luxury hospitality environment in the United States under the J-1 visa program.

Opportunities are available in the following departments:

• Food & Beverage (Restaurant Service, Bar, Pool Service – including exposure to Bellini, the signature Italian concept of the Cipriani family)
• Rooms Division (Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge)

This is a paid, full-time program
, with hourly compensation typically ranging between $16 and $20 per hour
, depending on the position. Additional earnings through tips, service charge, and incentives may apply, particularly within Food & Beverage roles.
